Användning av tjänsten och användningsrättigheter

Din rätt att använda tjänsten är personlig. Du får inte dela autentiseringsuppgifter med andra parter.

Vi har rätt att neka dig tillgång till tjänsten i fall av missbruk eller andra situationer där åtkomstbegränsning har avtalats med din abonnentorganisation

Immateriella rättigheter

Alla rättigheter till tjänsten och dess innehåll tillhör oss och vi ger dig endast rätt att använda dem för att utveckla din egen expertis. Du får inte kopiera, överföra eller distribuera innehållet i tjänsten eller någon del därav i någon annan form än i den utsträckning som tillåts av tjänstens funktioner.

Vi ger dig inte rätt att använda företagsnamn, logotyper, domännamn eller andra varumärkesrelaterade namn eller identifierare för våra företag eller tjänster.

Tjänstens innehåll och tjänstenivå

Vi har rätt att göra typiska branschförändringar i vår tjänst och dess innehåll. Vi har rätt att, efter eget gottfinnande, avbryta, flytta eller ta bort utbildningar från vårt utbildningserbjudande.

Vi försöker hålla tjänsten ständigt tillgänglig, men vi kan avbryta användningen av tjänsten eller ändra innehållet, tillgängligheten och andra funktioner i tjänsten när vi anser det nödvändigt.

Vi kan inte garantera att tjänsten fungerar utan avbrott. Vi är inte ansvariga gentemot dig för några skador som uppstår på grund av förlust eller förstörelse av dina data. Vi kan inte heller påverka hur den enhet som tillhandahåller telekommunikation och internetuppkoppling eller annan tredje part som påverkar användningen av tjänsten producerar sin egen tjänst. Vi informerar om eventuella service- och underhållsavbrott så långt i förväg som möjligt. Vi försöker alltid åtgärda ett fel eller störning så snart som möjligt.

Vi kan inte heller kontrollera riktigheten eller uppdateringen av allt innehåll inom tjänstens omfattning, och vi kan inte bedöma tjänstens lämplighet för dina ändamål. Vi ansvarar inte för riktigheten eller tillförlitligheten av informationen och innehållet som presenteras i tjänsten eller är tillgängligt genom den, och vi utesluter uttryckligen garantier för riktigheten och lämpligheten av informationen som tillhandahålls i tjänsten för ett specifikt ändamål. Vi kommer att göra vårt bästa för att rätta till fel i tjänsten eller dess innehåll omedelbart efter att de blivit kända för oss.

I alla situationer är vårt ansvar gentemot dig begränsat till högst 1 000 euro per överträdelse. Vi ansvarar inte för eventuella följdskador.

Ändringar

Vi kan komma att uppdatera dessa användarvillkor. Ändringarna träder i kraft så snart vi publicerar dem på dessa sidor.

These Terms of Service ("Terms of Use") are applied, when you sign up to app.eduhouse.fi service. By using the service ("Service"), you accept the Terms of Use. As regards the use of the service, these Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and our company Eduhouse AB.

We have right at our own discretion restrict your or your organization’s access to the Service in full or in part for any reason with or without notice and as for as long as necessary, but in particular if we discover that you violate these Terms of Use or act in an unlawful manner. 

Intellectual Property Rights

This Service and its content ("Content") has been developed by us, and all related rights belong to us, to our affiliates or third parties. Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, reverse engineering, or modification is prohibited. 

All the rights to the Service and its Content, like online course materials, belong to us. We grant  you the right to use the Service only for non-commercial purposes (personal learning and studying). We do not grant any other usage rights to you. You do not have right to copy, transfer or distribute the Content or parts of it in any form, except for saving and downloading Content to your end-device. When you use Content, please refer to the author of original work (e.g. instructor’s name) and mention the source.

Our Service and its Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing gives you a right to use our or our affiliate companies' name or any of our trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

Service Level

We are entitled to unilaterally make ongoing changes and updates to the Content, scope, productization and technical features of the Service without prior notice. For example we can, at our discretion, remove, interrupt, cancel or postpone any courses available at the Service. 

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational.  However, we cannot guarantee you uninterrupted use or control how the provider of telecom and internet access or any other third party affecting the use of Service provide their own service. We have the right to suspend the provision of the Service for any reason, such as due to installation, modification or maintenance work, a security threat or authorities’ requirements.  If we need to limit the use of Service for technical reasons, we seek to inform you of such suspension on a timely basis and ensure that the necessary technical maintenance and other such measures are carried out promptly. 

You use the Service at your own discretion and risk. We do not give any warranties that Content is free of errors or that the information provided in the Service is suitable for any specific purpose. We are not liable for any disruption or loss that you may suffer as a result.  We are not responsible for any costs, losses or damages that may arise from the alteration, interruption or termination of the Service or its Content. We are either not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss, destruction or mutation of data, unless otherwise stated in the privacy policy.We strive to promptly correct any errors in the Service or its Content as soon as they come to our attention.

Our liability in all cases is limited to direct costs. We are not liable to you for indirect damages, such as lost revenue or profit, or damaged reputation. 

Other terms

These Terms of Use are governed by Swedish law, except for its choice of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to the use and terms of use shall be submitted to the Stockholm District Court for resolution.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use. Changes will become effective upon their publication on this page. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the changes.
